One-story structures that must not exceed 12 feet in height
Used as recreational, outdoor living spaces, not as habitable rooms
Not fully enclosed, though some enclosure walls are permitted
Where connected to the house, no opening greater than 6 feet wide
Minimum distance from the property line: no less than 5 feet
