Sewer Lateral Lookup
Enter your address and we'll point you to your sewer provider, with exactly what to ask for.
Fire Zone Lookup
Check whether your property sits in a Fire Hazard Severity Zone on CAL FIRE's official state map. Enter your address, then paste it into the map's search box.
Opens CAL FIRE's Fire Hazard Severity Zone viewer in a new tab with your address copied. Once the map loads, click its search (magnifying glass) and paste your address. In a hazard zone, ADUs carry extra fire-rated requirements; we verify this in your property review.
Put your records to work
Turn what you find into a real budget
Every record you track down makes your ADU estimate sharper. The ADU Project Planner asks the same questions we ask on a site visit and prices your project from our real builds.
