From first walk-through to keys

On-Site Consultation
We walk your project together, talk through what you need and want, offer design suggestions, and take photos and measurements. You leave with a clear list of what your project involves.

Design & Estimate
You get a real cost breakdown and timeline based on your site, not a guess. On larger projects we use industry-standard design software so you can try options before anything gets built.

Plans & Permits
Once the contract is signed, we submit plans and permits to the city and manage the paperwork. Depending on scope, approval takes from a week to several months, and we stay on it.

The Start
Plans approved, materials delivered, ground broken. One of our experienced project managers is on-site to walk you through exactly how the build will run.

The Middle
We keep crews properly scheduled, plan around deliveries and weather, and hold the standard high. Remodeling can be stressful; our job is to make it an enjoyable experience.

The Finish Line
Final inspections, punch list, keys. There's nothing more satisfying than a job well done and a happy client.
