About this project
This 1,000 sq ft detached ADU in Vista fits three bedrooms and two baths on a single story, under vaulted ceilings that slope from 12 feet down to 10. A 150 sq ft raised, covered deck extends the living space outside. We filmed the whole build, and the one-minute before and after above shows the lot go from bare foundation to finished keys.
