About this project
This Escondido casita included full drafting and permitting support: comprehensive plan sets with floor plans, elevations, roof and site plans, demo plans, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts, customized to the City of Escondido's building codes and coordinated with the Escondido Fire Department. Engineering, HVAC, Title 24, and plumbing services came with it, with clear scope guidelines that kept the project on track and budget-conscious.
